This policy explains how refunds and service adjustments are handled for digital creative service payments.

Before work starts
If a payment was made for a service that has not started, refund requests can be reviewed when submitted promptly with the account email, payment date, amount, and reason.
After work starts
Digital creative work, design research, AI-assisted production, revisions, and generated previews may involve immediate labor and third-party processing costs. Once work has started, refunds are reviewed case by case.
System-side failures
If a production task fails because of a system-side issue or provider outage, Peakstar may retry the work, restore the related usage balance, or review an appropriate service adjustment.
Customer-side changes
Refunds are not guaranteed for changed creative preferences, incorrect briefs, incorrect uploaded references, marketplace rejection caused by submitted content, or outputs that were accepted, downloaded, or used.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. After approval, refund processing usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
Disputes
If there is a billing concern, contact Peakstar first with the relevant invoice, payment, account, or project details so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
