No recurring billing by default

Payments are one-time service, invoice, or payment-link transactions unless a written offer or payment screen clearly states otherwise before payment.

Before processing starts

If a project or production task was submitted by mistake and work has not started, support may review whether it can be cancelled.

After processing starts

Work that has started may not be cancellable because design labor, AI processing, and infrastructure costs may already be incurred.

Future subscriptions

If subscription plans are introduced later, cancellation terms will be updated and shown clearly before recurring billing is enabled.
